Access the Navigation Menu: Open the Navigation Menu by clicking on the Burger icon.
Click on "Sales": Navigate to the "Sales" section.
Choose "Customers": Select "Customers" from the available options.
Click on the CTA "Add New Customer": Look for and click on the Call to Action (CTA) "Add New Customer."
Fill in the Customer Creation Form:
・Mandatory details include business name, currency, and country.
・If applicable, click the checkbox for registering under VAT and enter the VAT registration number.
・Provide other optional details such as email address, address lines, ZIP code, contact person name, phone, and account number.
・Enable Customer Portal Access:
・There is a checkbox for enabling customer portal access. If desired, click the checkbox.
Different Shipping Address (Optional):
・Optionally, provide a different shipping address from the billing address by clicking the checkbox and filling in the relevant fields.
Click on the "Save" Button:
・After entering the required information, click on the "Save" button.
Customer Created:
・The customer will be created in the database and will be available for creating invoices, estimates, etc.
